Up to date hotel, very clean overall. A bit on the high side for price, but includes many amenities so it's worth it. They even have a welcome greeting on the TV when you get there. The staff is professional and welcoming.
Very happy that I picked this hotel, everything about it was excellent! Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. The woman that was helping out with breakfast was fantastic and the girl named Meghan at the desk was very helpful. It's a very clean hotel! If we're ever in the area again I will definitely stay here again!
My husband and I stayed recently due to a medical procedure nearby. It is a brand new hotel that is convenient to Virginia beach and lots of great restaurants (love the Dirty Buffalo!!) nearby. All of the staff where welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was much appreciated and a great buffet style. Panda Express is literally in the parking lot and with Target nearby it's easy to get any items or a quick bite. The hotel gym is great for a quick workout and with the washers and dryers there it is easy to do a load of laundry while working out. Only hiccup that we ran into which has nothing to do with the hotel is the geese love to play in the road at the entrance. We just had to be careful when driving through and it was all good.
Great location! The team was very helpful and friendly to us. Kelsey was quick to help sort out some problems we had and it was very nice to get to talk to her. Extremely friendly person, give her CEO! Meghan was the front desk worker who was always helpful and responsive to any concerns. Would come back some day!
The staff here treat you like family. They're so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked. The pool is great and warm. The breakfast is the only thing I didn't care for. There were lots of options, but the hot food was not great. But the coffee is great. Overall, this is a great hotel for a great price.
A typical US hotel - eateries nearby, a 7-11 and ma-hussive parking lot. The room is pretty good, lots of space with a handy kitchenette and fridge/freezer. Without a car or supermarket within walking distance, not much good...
I am knocking off a star due to THE POOL! FREEZING cold pool. Everything else was great. Breakfast was good (ends at 9 AM! Ooof. ), and rooms were super super clean and staff was awesome. Owners are responsible for setting breakfast hours and for the temp of the pool and that is classic penny pinching by the owners. Everyone else here working though was awesome.
Stayed here while down in Virginia Beach on vacation and to see relatives in the area. It is a new hotel been open a year. The rooms were clean and spacious, everything new and working well. It is in a good central location. The staff were all fantastic. Everyone was friendly and greeted you, including the breakfast girl and housekeeping staff. The prices were reasonable and special shout our to Meghan at the front desk who took care of us as we extended out stay 1 day and it was all handled seamlessly. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and outside of a 5 star in downtown Chicago I stayed in once for a work rewards ceremony this was by far the best hotel I have been in in my life. Hilton people, make sure you pay your staff there well and retain them as that place is really spot on.
